Spring Break!

    Soooooooo... Spring Break is just around the corner, or in my case, it's here, and I'm sure that everyone has been freaking out about how they'll look in a bikini.  Lucky for me, I'm going to Barcelona to visit some friends and it's not summer there, so I don't need to worry!  As for the rest of us... whatever diet you've been working on, or whatever workout plan you've been following is now over.  It's time to show off what you're made of (ready or not) and have fun!
    If there's one thing I ask of all of you, it's that you all not beat yourselves up during your break.  Enjoy yourselves, eat, drink, be merry.  DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT get obsessive during your vacation and limit yourself... some times you just have to let loose, and that's exactly what Spring Break is for.  Now, I totally understand wanting to stay active while vacationing.  Personally, I consider "Vacation-Workouts" to be swimming in the ocean or in the pool, walking along the beach (preferably with an icy-cold drink in hand) and dancing the night away!
